Poached Egg



Ingredients (for 1 serving)

2 Boiled Eggs

Water

Salt & Pepper (to taste)

1 Tablespoon Vinegar


Cook Time - 10 Minutes Approximately




Steps

  1. In a pan, add enough water to be able to submerge the eggs.

  2. Add vinegar to the water.

  3. Bring vinegar water to a boil.

  4. Break the eggs in separate small bowls.

  5. From the small bowl, 1-by-1 gently transfer the eggs into the pan with water.

  6. Cover with lid.

  7. Cook on low flame 4 minutes.

  8. Remove eggs from water.

  9. Add salt pepper to taste.
