Ingredients (for 1 serving)
2 Boiled Eggs
Water
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
Cook Time - 10 Minutes Approximately
Steps
In a pan, add enough water to be able to submerge the eggs.
Add vinegar to the water.
Bring vinegar water to a boil.
Break the eggs in separate small bowls.
From the small bowl, 1-by-1 gently transfer the eggs into the pan with water.
Cover with lid.
Cook on low flame 4 minutes.
Remove eggs from water.
Add salt pepper to taste.
