Simple Grilled Chicken



Ingredients (for 1 serving)

200 g Chicken Breast

Himalayan Pink Salt / Sea Salt (to taste)

Black Pepper (to taste)

1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro

1/2 teaspoon garlic paste

10 ml Olive Oil



Marination Time - 1 hour - overnight, Cook Time - 8 Minutes


Steps

1. Wash chicken breast and pat dry.

2. If chicken breast is uneven, flatten out with a mallet until chicken breast is of even thickness.

2. Marinate with salt, pepper, garlic paste and chopped cilantro in air tight container. Keep for at least 1 hour or overnight.

3. Before cooking, make sure the chicken is at room temperature.

4. In a pan, add olive oil and let the pan heat.

5. Add chicken breast to the pan and cook for 3 minutes on medium to high flame.

6. Flip chicken breast and cook for 3 more minutes.

7. Turn of the flame, cover the pan with a lid and let the chicken rest for 2-3 minutes.

8. Chicken breast is ready. You can serve this with a side of vegetables and some quinoa!
